TWO QUESTIONS.

1. How will character slots be handled in gw2? will slot purchases in guild wars have any effect on ANYTHING?

2. Will any significant content ever be released for guild wars after GWEN and gw2 are out? any new chapters or free addons like sorrows furnace?

if the answers to both are no, I can't see myself continuing with the arena net charade, throwing more money at a dishonest development group with fickle schemes and undelivered promises......

I don't see the big fuss about not being able to bring characters over. When a character of mine has reached so much they have, I'm just glad to start anew.

And level cap, I really don't think it will be as deciding as the consensus now seems to be. My believe it will be similar to the current one, where you can achieve skill points (and possible other benefits) by leveling, but nothing game-breaking and the cap is pretty much purely a number anyway. But it will give some people the CHANCE to grind if they choose to - probably won't be required.

Not to mention GW2 is still about 2 years away. Anything can happen in that time, heck, most of us probably weren't even playing GW 2 years ago.

News on GWEN make me all giddy, though. Prophecies was always my favourite chapter and can't wait to explore the Charr lands further.

I can't wait until GW2 comes out, and also i cant wait until Eye Of The North comes out too. though, I am not very happy because you can't transfer characters from other campaigns to the campaign you're in. I love the high level feture. Ty for spreading info Guild Wars Guru, and thanks inde for taking time in your post to tell us about Guild Wars news.

It makes a difference to know that your character is RIP at a certain point in time, i.e. time spent playing up to GW2 really is a waste.

I'll miss my /age and /death stats too.

I will be buying GW:EotN, atleast 1 copy (have 2 accounts) just to see what happened to GWEN. And that might end as a beautifull adventure

But GW2, dont really know. I'm allready turning to LOTR On-line, and not able to transfer my character to GW2 is a big turn-off to me.

But in 2 years from now lot can happen, so we will see.
